I'm back...

I'm back. Not sure what to post... but well feel like I should :)

Not much new here at our house. Blade was home sick all last week with a mix of the flu bug and a cold. He did go back to school on Friday which was nice to see. I was sick Tuesday with a little bug... and now today I'm coming down with a head cold :(
Feel it coming on pretty strong... ugh this weather I'm telling you I'm tired of it ;(

The older boys finished 3rd quarter last week, got report cards today. They could be doing much better!!!... so we were a little disappointed with their grades so "treats" like cell phones and internet will be taken away starting this week... onto a good note.. I can't believe how well litl' Blade can read, its just amazes me :)

Our boys have a "indoor skatepark" in our downtown building... yes its true! Recently they were told they could no longer
skate or skateboard thru town so ... until the outdoor skatepark is done they will be hanging out there. It keeps them out of "further damage" with the city authorities...

Other news, we had a nice Valentine's day weekend a few weeks ago. Went to Houlihan's of course for supper:) always yummy there! Jer and I got to spend the day together... we went "camper browsing", yes we are venturing out this summer and looking into going camping with the boys. Just exploring options at this time but in order to get me to camp... its going to have to be some type of camper... I'm not a tent person :( So if anyone knows of someone who's selling a camper... reasonable $$ let us know.

Ok so up to par on the weight loss damage. I've been struggling but I am making a little head way!

**This will be day 5 of no pop for Lis! I'VE BEEN DRINKING A c. of COFFEE EACH A.M. it keeps me satisfied...
**I'm actually following a daily ritual of activities! WII FIT keeps me motivated... stepped on it for the first time... and well
I SWELLED up BIG! what a MOTIVATOR :) I want to see that person shrink away!!! Funny because when Blade steps on it... he's underweight... and well I'm NOT!!
**I've lost a total of 7.3lbs so far... so I'm making head way to those 55lbs I want to loose!
**NOW when I thought the weather was getting nice I could walk outside... well not the case yet so hitting it hard on the
treadmill the last few days.

I really want to be my ideal weigh by the end of summer.. or early Fall. I've got a few budd(ies) doing this with me... so
hope we can help each other out on the way :) LETS GET ROCKIN'!!!!! Cuz next April... I wanna go to Mexico!!!!


Dumb blog but I was SUPER bored!!!!

Hello

Ok so I slacked in the last week or so, just been busy trying to get my house back in order after all the Christmas decor down :)
I can honestly say ITS ALOT of work to take down than to put up... but I'll be where I want to be by the end of the week... YEAH!!

So not much new at our house. Jer continues to stay busy with work, our boys are enjoying the "getto park" at the building... they created a 'indoor skatepark :) yes crazy but they sure enjoy spending time up there. Issac was in a spelling bee today and placed 4th so that I am very proud of him! Next week he will turn the BIG 13 :) Blade is Blade just enjoys life to the fullest! He is going to turn 6 and he is SO SO excited about that :) Its pretty cute!

Over the weekend, Blade and I went to the dedication of the new building at Aquin, its truly amazing what we have created for our kids! Its just humbling to see the chapel and all the new space added to the school. I am so glad our family is a part of the Aquin community.

So I best wrap this little blog up and continue to clean my house... Gosh it just crumbles if I don't stay on top of it! Dishes and laundry are YELLING for me.

Ok so here we are and its finally warming up in Iowa... did you guys feel that heat wave come thru today? I am SO ready for spring!!! after this week my house will be too :) I can't wait to shut the furnace off and open the windows to fresh air :)

I had a productive day today, got up early, took kids off to school, ran into Dbq for a dr. appt and a few errands then I came home and was Hard Core cleaning! My main floor is springing SPRING and that feels damn good! I'll finish basement area tomorrow.

WOW we had a great weekend celebrating a good friends birthday!!!! It was great FUN! I although had TOO TOO much to drink!!!! I'm laying off alcohol for a LONG while!!!!!!

Hard to believe my Issac will be 13 on Feb. 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where does time go?


not much to blog today so I'll close with that! I know LAME blog!!!! but its something :)

Hugs and More Hugs

Oh my! I really thought the boys would be at home today, but they only had a 2 hour delay. Mitchel was actually "happy" there was school today :) because if there wasn't then he would have to make his semester test up... He is going tractor pulling with my dad this weekend... they are off to Gordiville or something like that?

So I must share... Blade is a DOLL when taking him to school. He has this "routine" of HUGS and kisses before he will let me leave the building... its PRICELESS because someday he will grow up and he won't want that anymore... ya know? I think today I got at least 6 hugs before leaving, he's just LOVES life!

Well, I made a promise to myself to try to blog everyday in 2009 as well as updating my facebook ... I'm trying thats all I can promise. Not much of a blog today but its something :) I best get back to cleaning my disaster of a house... got Christmas shit everywhere! I'll be SO happy when its all put away!!

Ok... so I'm a little late but HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you! May the best come to you in 2009!

I hope this blog finds you all doing well in 2009! I had a productive day today... my house is starting to see the normal days again... only two more trees to attack besides my real tree in our bedroom. I LOVE to decorate for Christmas but I am also sad to take it down... this year it just seemed to have passed so FAST :(

Not much new at our house, the older boys have semester test his week and will start a new semester on Thursday. Blade is finally getting back into the routine of going to school... he REALLY enjoyed his time off from school... actually TOO MUCH I think:) but thats ok too. Issac is going to be in a Spelling Bee later this month, he qualified for it so that is exciting :)

Jer left today for a short trip to Boston, he'll return Thursday evening. While he is gone I am really hoping to get things put back together here and well catch up from last week since I had a busy week last week.

We had a great weekend as well... enjoyed Friday night just hanging out at home watching a movie, Saturday we went to the annual Tigges Holiday party, it was a good time as usual :) Sunday we went to the Bent Rim Holiday party, that was a great time... but needless to say I was a little hung over this morning... I'm really getting too old for this shit ...


Really want the cold to go away... but I think its going to be around for awhile... until then I will enjoy tanning... just started back at that last Friday... YEAH!

15 trees and counting

hello family and friends,

I blog this as I sit in bed sick bored to death :( first I had a nasty cold and now I have the flu Blade just had. I can hardly talk or breathe yet but other than that I am GREAT :) I finished putting all my Christmas decor up last week. I am at 15 trees and only 3 of them are not complete yet... but the whole main floor and the basement is done. I just need to finish up Blade's tree and our tree and the furry kids' tree :)

This year I feel like I have OUT done myself but my house is "rock star" for Christmas and I LOVE IT!!!!!!! I can honestly say I don't have a favorite yet and I really thought it was going to be my addition tree that i liked the most... well I just really like how they all came together, the bar tree needs improvements for next year but I will have that put better together I hope, working on the supplies for that "better" for next year :)

Anyhow Christmas is by far the best time to clean your house... and then decorate! BECAUSE you take stuff down and clear the area and well if you are doing that then you might as well do the CLEANING part too... right? Then don't know about you guys but then once its clean... I am a NEAT FREAK about how things are done and how things get put away because I want my house to stay tidy so I can enjoy the lit up trees and such.

Ok so after I got all the trees up I decided to put up my village pieces that I have gotten over the years from my mom and dad at Thanksgiving every year for the last 12 years. Well mind you I haven't put it up since our last house... so its been sitting out in our 'shitty shed' buried ... I was completely freaking out when we couldn't find it... like a serious mess! I called my mom all in a panic and was really upset... then I felt like God turned his light on me and helped me relax a bit and well... we found it!!!!! what a huge relief! The man actually did something for me... it really feels great having my house complete with the holiday decor. I will post some pictures soon.


So how are all of you doing on the good ol' Christmas shopping? I have one child done out of my three. All of the nieces and nephews done but 1, need to finish both parents and do some other last minute things... not a whole lot left but enough.

Our holiday New Years Eve party will be here before we know it! Please if you haven't marked your calendar and cleared your night with a sitter PLEASE do it so you can come join us!!!! Our house Jan. 31 anytime after 7:30pm til ????? Hope most of you can make it. Our home looks more and more like a home this year so ... no crazy stuff :( can really happen this year... unless its in a UNFINISHED room. If you plan on staying the night let us know so I can make sure bedsheets and beds are open for you :)

1st room offically done

Here is my 1st tree I put up in the house this year. This tree means alot to me since its the 1st tree Jer and I bought together as a couple back in the day... I remember getting it too... it was like a $500 tree and Jer got it after Christmas at Younkers for like
$80 buckaroos.

We haven't put these tree up since we lived at our old house so I am happy its up this year.

Christmas trees have arrived :)

Ok, so I know its not even Thanksgiving but I have started on the Christmas decor of our home.

I have 3 trees up, one fully done and two to complete tomorrow... out of well lets see?? about 13 on our main floor and then I put
one in each bedroom ... hrm... don't think I am going to do the attic this year... but we'll see.

I don't have any pictures to post yet :( since I don't have pictures all taken and uploaded... but I promise they will come.
I absolutely LOVE Christmas... but is it my favorite? Its really a toss up for me... cuz I love decorating for Fall too!

How many of you started on the good ol' shopping? I'm off to a good start, after putting up some trees it got me in the mood... cuz heck... those trees need presents to sit under them, right?? I got Jer's nieces DONE, and my nieces and nephew done :) so that feels pretty good! 6 gifts complete... just need to get them wrapped.

Ok... so onto other things. I had a GREAT birthday a few weeks back, just chilling with close friends and having a nice supper with them. THANK YOU all for making it special!!! Jer and the boys totally surprised me with a gift this year. I now have an ITOUCH (IPOD) and well I LOVE IT!!! I use it all the time!!!! Its AMAZING, I carry my whole life with me everywhere now! It SERIOUSLY does everything I need it to do! From email, browse internet and my TO DO LIST and calendar... just EVERYTHING!! I love to show it off too :) I'm very proud of it. I was skeptical at first if I would really use it... but NO doubts now... that little thing is just AMAZING, I can't say enough about it. I got many other great gifts too, thank you all for who remembered my birthday!!!!

Not much else is happening. We went to parent teacher's conferences a few weeks back. Blade is dong AWESOME. His teacher really enjoys having him in class :) The conferences at the high school were interesting this year... the complete unexpected happened with one of Issac's teachers... what an experience that was :-/ I was completely dumbfounded after the shared conversation with this teacher... she basically didn't have one good thing to say about Issac :-( Nagged the entire conference...
Mitchel is doing o.k. but could be doing much better... so he is going to work extra hard this quarter and bring those few grades up to PAR!

Jer is extremely busy with work, working long LATE nights and hibernating in his office a lot in the last few weeks...
Its all good but little stressed for him at times :-(

The boys in this house are definately ready to hit the SLOPES! They are all set with their passes to Sundown... and getting anxious!!! Blade is excited cuz he will get to go ALOT more this year "as he would say"... TOO cute to listen to him talk about it sometimes.

Awh well that wraps it up for this entry... I best hit the hay LOT and LOTS to accomplish tomorrow!!!! want to be close to finishing trees by end of the week and heck I have MUCHO to do!!

Greeting to you all :)

I blog as I look out the window of the new room that is freshly painted and semi put together :) LUVIN' LIFE!!

Its crisp new air of winter weather coming ... NO I really don't like Winter and well everyone knows that already! but I do like to see the "first snow" of the year which I know today really doesn't qualify for it but in Lis's world it does.

Not a whole lot new here with the Miller's. We had parent teacher conferences this week. They went well for the most part.
We were not shocked with the "fidget-ing" Issac in class, but he needs to work MUCH harder at not doing that. Mitchel is more reserved quiet never causes any problems. Blade is just a HAM, his teacher loves him and said he was enjoyable to have in class.
The older boys will have some improvements to make this quarter but other than that its ALL GOOD.

I did put the final coat of paint on the addition walls and cleaned up the trim work and did a little decorating out there.
I'm doing the whole OLD WORLD theme. Fireplace will probably get done after the holidays pass along with hanging a t.v.
But I am happy its actually cleaned out and LOOKS like a room that belongs in the house now :)

Not a whole lot else is happening, we are going out tomorrow night to celebrate the good ol' birthday... yes I'm going to be 34!
ugh! but if it takes a birthday to get friends together I should have more of them :) just kidddin!!! I'm looking forward to it and hope to see some of you there.

Anyhow... here we have my honey and I dressed up for Halloween :) We sure had a great time that night. For all our friends out there... get ready for next year - we are dressing up and going out :) ... or having somekind of party!!!

Busy week here at our house, I'm busy with painting our big addition and have one wall left to go... YEAH! I'll be so excited when its done!! I went with a Seasame Seed color... its on the yellowish side... makes it look so much brighter and happy out there! I'll post a photo soon.

Boys are just being boys and enjoying the last few days of fall before Winter comes our way. Jer is INCREDIBLY busy this week, I think I have seen and talked to him a whole 4 -5 hours this week ;( CRAZY!!

Our last soccer game for the season is this Sunday, hoping the weather will hold out and not be too chilly !!

Ah not much else is happening in my life at the moment besides just fall cleaning and getting this house organized and clean... I'm tired of the UNDONE and cluster of messes we have sitting around! A few weeks ago we cleared out our basement what a WONDERFUL relief that was!!!!!! but still feel overwhelmed by what is not done yet :/

I'll post some photos soon... Jer and I went to the Halloween "ball" over the weekend and YES we dressed up. It was fun but boy did we look ridiculous!!!! OH WELL, it was worth it! We should of really had a Halloween party this year since its actually on a Friday night... I'm bummed I didn't look at that closer!!

Looks like our fall may becoming to an end... ick WINTER!!!

LUV'IN IT!

Isn't this weather AWESOME!!!! I am SO LUVi'n it!!!!!! I love Spring, its one of my favorites!

So to catch up on the latest events of this household. BUSY BUSY BUSY thats for sure! We've been to two track meets this week and Mitchel has another meet tomorrow night in Starmont... hrm where is that?? His last meet for this season. Tonight he had soccer practice... and this weekend is a FULL weekend of soccer for him, think he plays 4 games! What about the other two boys? Well, Blade is SO DAMN cute lately... just says the funniest things and its just so random, its great! He will go to "Kindergarten Round Up" next Friday, pretty excited about that! Issac... well is just Issac the rowdiest of the bunch :) He is REALLY ready for school to be over so the bike racing can begin and he can LIVE summer... just hope we can make it to the end of the year... its been a struggle with him this year with the teachers and all :( I'm ready for summer!!!!

I'm starting to really miss my LOUD house...sounds crazy but I DO! I was SO SO used to the saw noise, the radio going for months and months... well last week when I was putting the foyer together... and had to call D to hang a shelf for me... yep it hit me then... and seeing the basement not done... I want the noise back :) but in due time that will happen for us... until then I'll get used to the big house with no noise...

Ok so anyhow I finally decorated the foyer! YEH finally!!!! just maybe a few little things to add to it yet but it turned out great!
I'll get some pictures posted soon. My next room on the agenda is the BLUE room followed by the addition (our family room)
A big weekend coming up for Jer and I. We will be married 12 years on the 11th of May! We are going to Nebraska for the weekend. Why Nebraska? well big furniture outlet there... going with the intentions of buying our family room furniture...FINALLY! but again its no promise... we have to LOVE It before I will give the big sale a YES! I have narrowed it down to what I am in the "look" for... but still I want the price to be right, color to be right... and well just want to LOVE IT! We'll see how it goes. Our boys are going to stay with grandma for the weekend, and they are going to take Issac and Blade to the circus in DBQ on Sunday for us while MItch plays his game and for Ms Little Harley, she is going to go meet the folks at
STONE HOLLOW DOG TRAINING :) should be a good weekend for her! I just hope she behaves!!!

Not a whole lot else is new here... just trying to get as much cleaning done as I can before school is out. Hope to get all the windows washed inside and out next week, as well as closet cleanings done!! Time to finally get out the shorts and put the winter crap away... Next week will be crazy too... soccer, play practice, my niece's 13th birthday ... Jer gone to NY... BLAH just get tired thinking about it! Definately time for school to be out!

I'm back ;)

Hello out there :)
Here we are after a long week of sick folks in our household. I can finally say I'm feeling 99% better just with a little cough, after the last three weeks of well... HELL :( but I'm all good now.

Sad to report that my hubby is sick now... got the sickness from Mitch, Blade and myself... only one it hasn't hit yet is Issac and hopefully it won't get to him.

Weekend here and gone but it was good. Friday was filled with "catch up" from what I kinda let go for awhile while I was sick...still much to do this coming week but I was happy with the little accomplished things I did get done. Friday night Jer had a little work he wanted to finish up from the day so I went shopping for awhile at the mall in DBQ... many changes going on there but still have to say it doesn't compare to some of the other malls I attend, but all improvements make it a much HAPPIER shopping trip :) We wrapped up the night with a great supper at Houli's and then met up with some friends at the Bent. A good night for all of us!

Saturday was a fulfilled busy day of running, errands, mix of just stuff to do. We were having a 40th Anniversary celebration for my awesome parents! We had the event at the local Club 528 in town. All my dad's siblings and spouses as well as my mom's attended. It all went very well, I was very pleased! Its so great to see your parents so in love and so happy and just enjoying themselves with their closest family members.

I must honestly say I was worried about the entire event all week... just about the attendance, the food, the place where it was being hosted... just all of it! Why? well several reasons... not a big fan of the Club 528... just have had too many bad experiences there in the past... (I know that is minor but its a worry I had) Well someone was seriously watching over me! The food was actually good, service was WONDERFUL... everyone thought it was a great setting! Hats off to the Club 528 for doing a superb job for my parents!! My BIGGEST worry was something happening to one of my dad's siblings, since he has 3 out of 6 siblings who have severe heart conditions and they all suffer with diabetes. It all went very smooth, no family conflicts of any kind and my parents really really enjoyed the evening.

So with wrapping that up, my parents are truly two people who stand for what love is all about, they have been married for 40 years, been thru a lot through their marriage... good and bad, hold their faith and family close their hearts, especially family! They have taught us all so much throughout our life and I'm very proud of them both!!! I love you both mom and dad! Thanks for all you have done for me and my family!!!!!

Jer and I will be celebrating our 13 years of marriage in May. My life with Jer is WONDERFUL and would not have it any other way!!!!!!! well... besides having my house done that would just be the topper :) jk, all good things come in time and I am just truly blessed.

We have a busy week ahead at our house, Jer travels to Boston this week, Mitchel has track meets, soccer practice, Issac has the walkathon on Friday and well for Blade he is just dying to get outside with NO rain :) For me... I want to get a lot accomplished this week!!!!!!!!!! Air out our house, wash all bedding and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN and bring Spring on full force!

Hoping to get together with friends this weekend and hit a movie, supper, and a few drinks. Anyone wanna go see HAROLD N KUMAR??? Think I'll have a few drinks in me before my attendance at the movie... Details to come in email...

Not a whole lot to blog about today but thought I should post something :)

The month started off great with celebrating Jer's birthday with friends... then it was followed by me being sick for 4-5 days... no not hang over sickness either... round 2 of NASTY COLD... I'm convinced I had Influenza A and B this year!!!... then later last week my little Blade got sick... he's been sick since last Wednesday night until today mostly... he's starting to feel better now.
So Blade and I have been chilling at home the last several days.

I was feeling better but then when I would go like actually go and be productive around the house... my body would fight me and tell me NO... and of course I don't listen too well... since I can't stand my house a mess... just ask my kids :) But I was finally starting to feel better this week with the exception of the cough...

Yesterday I had a nice visit with Dustin, chilled out at our house in the afternoon with a few drinks. It was good for him and it was good for me... maybe its what the doctor ordered because today I feel much better! Thanks D!

Mitchel's first track meet was this week. He's a little upset with how he did but we told him that it is the first one and with due time there will be much improvement... with the wind against them its a tough battle to run hard. Hopefully the meet tomorrow night will go much better for him :)

Little Harley isn't so little anymore... she sure is growing LOTS! becoming more aggressive and FEARLESS... now she will actually go up the steps... but still won't go down them which is ok. Potty training is much better but still working on it daily. She LOVES to be outside and go for walks and well rollerblading too... infact probably enjoys rollerblading more since she can RUN!!! but sometimes when I try to walk her then she wants to run... kinda funny but I can deal with that. She really is a good dog for the most part with her little troubles now and then ... but thats puppy life!

No real big plans for the weekend, infact none at all besides a soccer game so it will be nice to have a LOW KEY weekend.
Well... I best run time to make supper and Harley needs to go outside.

Hope the 70's are here stay! Was beautiful today but the wind... could die down! HELLO SPRING FINALLY!!!!

SNOW GLOBE?

Ok seriously... it rained then it turned into snow... felt like we were in a snow globe :) the flakes were HUGE :) A pretty snow but SERIOUSLY... I am ready for Spring!!!!

Issac got all excited about the snow ( since he is the kid who is still wishing for snow at our house) it was quite cute!!! but of course I had to burst the bubble and break it to him that its not going to amount to anything. But gosh seriously he was on 'cloud 9' when he saw that snow :)

LIt'l Harley HATES cold and rain... so PLEASE LET SPRING COME!!! She is getting better and better, we only had two accidents today, YEAH!!!! Its still a working process :) She is definately getting used to us, she knows when we are scolding her or praising her... so that is all good. I'm anxious for her to work with Tory again, and well we are going to need to put her fence in REAL soon, yesterday she ran out into the street twice :( so that maybe a necessity REAL soon.

Not much new here at our household. I did get our table done... YEAH! I am really happy with how it turned out. I got all the peices painted... with the exception of one chair which I will get done but it needs a little work done to it first. I'll post some pictures soon... I just can't decide if I want to keep all the matching chairs at the table or mix it up with two leather captain chairs we bought... I'll be taking a poll :) When doing your 'answer' remember I am going after the "POTTERY BARN" look with antiques mixed in of course :)

BIG weekend ahead for us! Motorcross season is beginning for Issac this weekend at Hawkeye Downs with a season practice/schooling thing and he is REALLY EXCITED! Mitchel's soccer season has begun too... his first game will be Sunday... BUSY BUSY! Jer's birthday is on Monday and we are going to gather with some friends close to home at the Bent RIm Saturday night, please know its an open invite and if you are free that evening... come join us! We'll be there anytime after 7:30pm.

Tomorrow will be a busy busy day for me now that I have completed the BIG job of the table... I need to tackle laundry and clean bathrooms and pick up bedrooms and maybe decorate the foyer... we'll see how much I get done tomorrow :)

Monday Monday

What a icky Monday... rainy and cold :(

The weekend passes us, we had my niece, Morgan's First Communion yesterday. It sure turned out to be a nice day for them.
She looked SO CUTE! in her little white dress. I can't believe how much she is growing considering she was "our little miracle premie baby" when she was born but you would never guess that today :) After the little party they had for her we trucked out to the farm, we took litl' Harley with us. We went for a little ride on the gator... which Blade LOVES to do!

So not much else happened this weekend. Low key! Friday night, Jer and I went to DBQ to get a few things and out for a bite to eat, I helped Tam at the store on Saturday, she was busy so it was nice to have a extra hand available. Sat. evening we attended Jer's cousin's wedding... it was out it the middle of NOWHERE!!! jeesh! It was nice to see all of the family again.


Update on my table project... well I got two chairs and the table complete. The chairs were some work!! lots of sanding had to be done to them but its turning out just as I imagined so thats good :) I am excited to get it in the living room!

Not a whole lot new here with us... things going pretty good with Harley. Yesterday we took her probably on the longest walk yet, which wasn't too far but she did really well and its sure is funny she knows when she is "home" by our street and runs for the yard. Potty training is continuing to be a working process but its getting better each day.

Our boys... Issac is back riding, he is loving every minute of it too!!! Love to see him happy at what he loves the most! Mitchel is back full force in soccer, 1st game is this weekend, and track practice is on too... so he's a busy boy! Think the boys are going to take on a paper route in town which will be good for both of them and earning a little cash will be nice for them :)
Blade... I can't wait for it to get nice out so he can get outdoors... its been a LONG winter and he's turned into a tv and video game boy... so its time for it to get nice out :) He continues to say the CUTEST things... his newest thing is "telling secrets"... is so DAMN CUTE!!!

Well, I am at the shop today so I best get back to doing something productive... not sure what since I got the order marked already for today and well... its raining out so no one is out shopping... its just going to be a rainy Monday...

Lit'L Harley

Here's the latest picture of Harley. Today so far was a good day, only one accident :) It's getting better!! YEAH!!

Finally...

Here we are... this is going to be our new dining room table. A good friend of mine found it for me. I've been looking for quite awhile for a "round black" sturdy table! Well in today's world most of them if you buy are junk :( so I had my friend Janice out looking for an older table for a while and well she came upon one :) it will be black. It has 6 chairs that came with it, I haven't decided if I am going to paint all of them yet or not. I do like the look of a table with 2 black wooden chairs mixed with two captian black leather chairs... so its up in the air yet. But I am really excited about it and just want to get it painted and poly'd so that has been a huge job for me to work on this week with many other things going on :) Never a dull moment here!!!

I also helped my sister, Madonna "spruce" up her home for First Communion this weekend. WOW now her house looks different. We used a lot of what she had and just "re" grouped it all with a few new things. I am very pleased how it all came together. My favorite room I did was the basement bathroom for Liana... turned out very cute! We did it in a "girly/sports theme".

Now its time to get "sprucing" my house... well I should say decorating my house! I just am in no hurry since I want to be sure with what I want going on in the areas needed to be decorated. The dining room will be a good start for me since the table put it in perspective for me :) Is your house ready for Spring??? I LOVE this time of year!!!!!!!!

On to next area of my life... hows Harley? She is GREAT! We love that little girl to death! She is definitely going to be spoiled!!!
Today was her first walk with mommy ;) we didn't go far since its "too cold" out for her. She hates the cold!!!! Yesterday when it was snowing... she didn't deal with that well :( felt bad for her! The kids are adjusting more and more to her, still hesitant to play with her because they are afraid of the accidents she may have. The potty training is going just ok. Yesterday was a day from hell :( sorry Tory! We're probably letting you down... Hoping today will go much better since its nice out, only time will tell. Over all she is WONDERFUL! The vet appt on Wednesday went good, she was very good! She loves to go in the car :)
For those of you who haven't seen or met her yet, please stop in she is a social butterfly :) My nephew Carson is dying to see her so he is coming to spend the night with us tonight, Blade is SO excited!!! This will be Blade's 1st sleep over.

Well I best get back to work before the weekend is here... looks like its going to be nice out! Harley will love that!!!
