I'm here again...

I'm back at blogging! It was something I really enjoyed doing back in the day... I just somehow
fell away from it. So I hope to have some of my readers back... This is where I seem to "journalize" with info on our household, my thoughts and my doings...

We are currently going into the summer months at our house, this will be week 2. Blade, our 7 year old is already "bored" on somedays when he "can't" seem to find anything to do... He LOVES to go swimming so thank goodness there is a pool in town! Our 14 year old, Issac is in his GLORY!!! always doing something active! Our 16 year old, Mitchel started the working world at the local grocery store here in town as well as being a GREAT helper to his mama!! He recently built some clothes lines for me ... now within the next few weeks he is going to help us out with some landscaping projects.

Jer is currently in NYC this week. He did a BIG presentation tonight for a new start up "open source" project he's been working on, the project is called TELEHASH. I'm very excited for him. I can't wait for him to be home either!!!

So, whats been happening with me? Well for starters... been CRAZY busy!!! Recently my parents bought a new home ... we moved them the last weekend in May . It's all been a bit bittersweet, considering ... it was my childhood home, it was the home I brought Mitchel and Issac to when they were babies ... and mom and dad were like two blocks away from us. Its just hard to see it being up for sale but at the same time I'm very happy for my parents... just a little hard is all. Now that they are all moved and situated... the decorating will begin... but mom needs to finish at work before we start on it

I've been cleaning like a mad woman! One of my biggest pet peaves is MESSY closets!!!! I've finally got mine organized the way I want it except the shoe dept... still waiting on some racks from IKEA that I want to get and have installed. On my boy front... well... its a working progress... because I'm trying to search ways to keep it EASY for them to KEEP CLEAN... and well NOTHING seems to work with BOYS!! UGH!! My Kitchen cabinets need DESPERATE organizing too... hoping that is my next week project...

Monday night, Jer took me out to dinner and to see the movie, SEX N THE CITY 2. I really liked it!! although it wasn't like the 1st... but I did like it a lot! Over the weekend, we spend some time with the Bergfelds ... always good to see them on a weekend. Jer and I went to our 1st Farmer's Market last Saturday, we both really enjoyed it and got through most of it before the rain came. My favorite is the fresh cut flowers!!! and the Amish jam we got!!! its so YUMMY!!! Hope to make it in there this Saturday as well.

I better hit the hay... I've got lots to do tomorrow as well! My house is almost found back after a LONG two weeks of no attention ... from me that is! I can't believe how many cob webs I've collected... EWH its just SICK!!! My house is much happier its clean ... and I'm in HEAVEN when I have a clean house :)
